Very disappointed that they delivered my flowers to my neighbors house on purpose! When I called to ask for a refund due to them being delivered to the neighbor they were very rude and said that is what all flower shops do if no one answers the door, they deliver it to your neighbors and you can pick them up there. It doesn't matter to them if you do not know your neighbors because they said they seem like nice people! So disgusted, absolutely ruined my Valentines day! Thanks for nothing Calgarys own flower Co.
